SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (QA) Internship Program

Scope

Quality Assurance Internship allows the candidate to understand current and evolving software test practices. The candidate should be able to:

1. Reviews, tests, and reports defects
2. Reviews requirements and designs
3. Reviews performance results to ensure test success
4. Reviews implementation of test plans

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and expand knowledge of TCP/ICMP, UDP/ICMP, and IP protocols
2. Design, develop, and test protocols, reporting bugs, and researching solutions
3. Create solutions based on existing protocols and new protocols
4. Write unit tests for protocol implementations
5. Create and ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation
6. Create and review test plans and test cases, and test implementations and software products
7. Perform unit and system integration testing
8. Perform regression testing
9. Provide feedback to development teams
10. Provide responses to help desk tickets, application logs, and production reports

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of C# and SQL Server
2. Knowledge of test management tools and software development processes
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, and other application
