PRESALES Internship Program
Scope
Training Program will focus on:

Support proposal development, documentation, and meeting logistics.

Assist in internal automation efforts and presales process enhancement.

Maintain CRM entries, dashboards, and internal reports.
-
Contribute to cybersecurity research, PoC tasks, and tool maintenance.
-
Enable cross-functional coordination for presales and internal operations.
Responsibilities
-
Participate in proposal creation and client-facing document preparation.
-
Assist in CRM data input, lead management, and role-based assignment.
-
Support automation workflows and develop scripts (Excel macros, Python, etc.).

Maintain presales dashboards and track metrics via Excel or BI tools.
-
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
-
Contribute to awareness content mapping, competitive analysis, and internal tooling upkeep.
Requirements
-
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Excel, or scripting languages.
-
Basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., SuiteCRM, Salesforce).

Foundational knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Background in cybersecurity or technical IT is a plus.

Capable of working with dashboards, BI tools, and technical reports.
