PRESALES Internship Program

Scope

Training Program will focus on:

  1. Support proposal development, documentation, and meeting logistics.
  2. Assist in internal automation efforts and presales process enhancement.
  3. Maintain CRM entries, dashboards, and internal reports.
  4. Contribute to cybersecurity research, PoC tasks, and tool maintenance.
  5. Enable cross-functional coordination for presales and internal operations.
Responsibilities
  1. Participate in proposal creation and client-facing document preparation.
  2. Assist in CRM data input, lead management, and role-based assignment.
  3. Support automation workflows and develop scripts (Excel macros, Python, etc.).
  4. Maintain presales dashboards and track metrics via Excel or BI tools.
  5. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  6. Contribute to awareness content mapping, competitive analysis, and internal tooling upkeep.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  2. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Excel, or scripting languages.
  3. Basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., SuiteCRM, Salesforce).
  4. Foundational knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  5. Background in cybersecurity or technical IT is a plus.
  6. Capable of working with dashboards, BI tools, and technical reports.
Additional Skills

Technical:

  1. Cybersecurity
  2. Scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Excel Macros)
  3. CRM systems familiarity
  4. BI tool exposure (e.g., Power BI)
  5. Basic cloud services knowledge (AWS, Azure)
