Customer Success Internship Program

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Customer Success team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
  2. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training.
  3. Follow up with customers on open issues and pending deliverables.
  4. Help track and document client interactions, feedback, and project status.
  5. Participate in client meetings, take minutes, and share summaries with the internal team.
  6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for customer reviews.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Sales, Product) to ensure customer needs are addressed.
Requirements
  1. Current university student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Good command of English (written and spoken).
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Availability to commit to the internship schedule.
Additional Skills

Technical:

  1. Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer support platforms is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  3. Knowledge of SaaS business models or cloud solutions is an advantage.

Soft:

  1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. Active listening and empathy.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  4. Teamwork and collaboration.
  5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
